CR-Touch Mount for H2 Extruder

<p>I put this together to mount a CR Touch on the H2 extruder. Goals for this design were:</p><ul><li>Preserve access to the filament feed wheel</li><li>Preserve airflow out of the filament heat sink</li><li>Zero X offset on the CR Touch</li><li>Minimal Y offset on the CR Touch</li></ul><p>Hardware required:</p><ul><li>Qty 2 - M3x6mm screws to mount this on the H2</li><li>Qty 2 - M3x8mm screws + nuts (square if possible) to mount CR Touch to this</li></ul><p>My print details:</p><ul><li>Priline PC-CF filament because I plan to enclose this printer. ABS / ASA / Nylon should work fine too. Others could work fine if you don't plan to use in an enclosure</li><li>Solid infill every layer - You may knock this down but I wanted maximum stiffness because the mount is cantilevered across the opening for the filament feed wheel</li><li>Accurate dimensions critical for the 3mm screw holes that mount to the H2</li></ul>
