This is a bracket for mounting a CR Touch on a CR10 V3, it may for for other touch sensors but I've not tried them. The instructions from Creality for fitting one of these to a CR10 V3 are terrible, creality experts have a great guide for the BL Touch, the main difference I found was my CR10 had a connector on rear of the print head gantry under a metal cover so the cable didn't need to be run all the way down to the control box.
