(UPDATE)..v4...still had problems keeping the guide in place...added a tab so that one of the sensor screws will secure the front...you will need a longer screw (M3x20+) than the original. (UPDATE)...V3...had an occasion where the guide was lifted up by a filament hang-up, so I added a small "bump" to fit over the sensor and secure the guide (UPDATE)...v2...added material to the gap around the wheel...to eliminate the chance that the filament might "jump the tracks" and hang up.. This remix combines three Thingiverse models into one All-In-One filament guide: 1) Thingiverse 4748436 (and 4697116)...a combination guide/cleaner mod...which served as the base model 2) Thingiverse 4630508...a wheel-based front filament guide...which I made more compact 3) Thingiverse 4586801...my favorite filament gap guide (and the very first mod I printed for my CR-6 SE) ...includes: Wheel Spacer(you need 2) Wheel Ring ...you'll need: 1x #8 machine screw and nut 1x 608 bearing ...removal of the necessary supports is a delicate operation..take your time! For the best fit, drill (clean) out the exit holes, and sand flat the area where the supports were. ...for use with stock extruder and stock filament sensor...best suited for top mounted filament holder. ...I have included a bearing with ring that can be 3D printed (0.12mm)..adequate for this mod.
