CR-6 SE adapter for BMG extruder

This is a shim to put between the mounting plate and your BMG extruder if you worry that the gear wheel on the extruder might rub against the Z rod bracket. You will need three M3x40mm hex socket head screws to replace the 38mm ones that come with the extruder. REMEMBER to move the drive gear on the stepper motor shaft upwards a corresponding 5mm so it still connects with the extruder drive gear! This shim is part of my X axis cable chain solution (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5156639), but I realise some people might only be interested in this adapter shim, so I decided to upload it as a separate thing.
