CR-30 X Axis Base Plate + Direct Drive Mount
thingiverse
Those parts are made to improve your design. I was modifiing my printer for the linear rail and didn't want to make hole at the wrong place so i copy the base plate to make my assembly and test the fit. I also wanted to know how high would become the nozzle from the conveyor. The only thing different from the original crality plate is the round section that support the heat break. I made them a little bite wider (outside diameter) to make sure it sit well. And as i was doing that, I did design an direct drive mount to fit on the base plate, that align the output hole of the extruder motor in the extruder. It use the same extruder, and just have to move it on top of your print head. The motor mount is not tested yet so please share comments to improve it. I'm looking for an extention cord to plug the extruder without snipping and soldering the wire so i can go back to bowden setup.
