CR-20 Pro z lead screw support & filament guide mount

A support for the top end of the z lead screw of a Creality CR-20 Pro printer. The purpose of this support is to prevent the lead screw from being bent accidentally when it is turned by hand without support. I have copied the model (original Ender model: [thing:4107804](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4107804)) and adapted it to the CR-20 Pro. Unlike the lead screw of the Ender printer, the lead screw of the CR-20 Pro is a few cm shorter and few mm offset.
