When powered down, the left side of the X gantry falls because it's heavier than the right, and when you power back up and home it, the right side is always high. This kit locks the two Z axis screws together so they always stay even. There are many kits like this for many other printers but I haven't seen one specifically for the S5 so here you go. Hardware required: Five 608 skateboard bearings can be found at https://tinyurl.com/ydycobww. Ten M4 bolts, each 8mm long, are necessary and may be obtained at https://tinyurl.com/yblo2owb. M4 T-nuts for a 20mm rail are also required in quantities of ten and can be purchased at https://tinyurl.com/y8qbl9zw. One GT2 Closed Loop Belt, measuring 1220mm long by 6mm wide, is needed and may be found at https://tinyurl.com/ya8ocdvr. Two GT2 Belt Gears with a 20-tooth count and an 8mm bore are also required. A printable version of this gear is included but the results may vary; it can be purchased at https://tinyurl.com/yb35xb8n. Four M3 bolts, each 5mm long, are necessary and may be obtained at https://tinyurl.com/ybw9evj9. There is a kit available for purchase from Tinymachines but this was more fun to design and piece together and make work. It can be purchased at https://tinyurl.com/y8rp5q3v.
