CR-10S5 syncro Z axis motors by belt and puleys
thingiverse
I'm syncing up my Z-axis system right now. It's not the most elegant design, but it gets the job done. I'm using standard pulleys with 20 teeth and a 1020mm belt for this setup. To reduce friction, I've incorporated two ball bearings - one measuring 8mm, another 16mm, and a third 5mm in diameter. My initial material of choice is PETG, but PLA would be a suitable substitute if needed.
