After installing stepper motor dampers on my CR-10S, I discovered that the Y-axis stepper motor was listed at a considerable angle - 10-15 degrees due to excessive belt tension. This bracket design from Scholle was exactly what I needed and, as evident in the photos, the motor is now perfectly aligned (I wish I had taken a before photo sooner!). Due to the pronounced angle, I chose not to take any chances and used Fusion to significantly reinforce the bracket, making it stiffer (the belt tension was still relatively loose). I'm extremely satisfied with this modification.
