CR-10S Titan Aero Fan Holder

This is a remix of CNC Kitchens' part cooling fan holder of his Titan Aero mount for the CR-10, which mounts to the stepper motor. I wanted to use a full-size NEMA17 (in my case, the LDO model used on Prusa machines). So, I had to extend the mount and add some stand-offs that go into the holes on the extruder vacated by the screws. I also needed to replace one of the Aero screws with a M3x35mm screw. The PTFE holder is designed to take hot-press metal inserts that can be installed with a soldering iron, after which M3x10mm screws can be fed in through the cable holder from the bottom. I am using a Festo PTFE coupler with an M5 thread and tapped the hole on the PTFE holder. A short length of PTFE can be fed in from the back to guide filament all the way to the coupler. The cable holder takes 2x1mm zip ties.
