CR-10S spool holder upgrade

Hey guys!! This upgrade is specifically designed for the CR-10S spool holder, but it can easily be adapted to similar spool holders as well. The key features of this design are: - No extra parts required - Reuses the stock spool holder - Reduces friction for a smoother run - Centers the spool on the holder for optimal performance - Allows loading filament without disassembling any components I've come up with this design, but it's still not complete. If you notice any issues or have suggestions, please don't hesitate to reach out and share your ideas! The models aren't oriented yet, but I'll take care of that soon! This spool holder is designed for Sunlu spools, but if you send me the dimensions, I can create a customized version for other spools as well. When I printed the spool holder, I noticed visible Z- lines and blobs. You might want to sand it slightly after printing. Originally, I planned to add some silicon grease between the parts, but it's not necessary in my opinion. THIS PROJECT IS STILL ON-GOING!!! My settings in S3D (with different processes): Nozzle: 0.4mm Layer: 0.2mm Inner part: 3-4 shell/top/bottom layers; 20% Infill for the Collar & 0% for the part above; No supports needed Outer part: 3-4 shell/top/bottom lines; 20% Infill for the collar (up to line 95/or 19mm) & 0% for the rest; Supports needed Happy printing!! ****UPDATES**** Update 1 (18.07.2018): Added a new outter part for spools up to 85mm width (outer_part_W85; not tested yet)
