I decided to use a standard Y-Axis belt tensioner for my CR-10S S5 printer. The stock mount is tricky to keep aligned and tense, mainly because it's not mounted on a rail like other printers have. If you make the mount too tall, the bed will collide with it, so you need to choose a belt tensioner that takes this into consideration.
