UPDATE: New Design Mounts Dual Fan Petsfang V2 Fan Duct: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3511371 I'm Currently Working on a Custom Mount for an E3D V6 Volcano Hotend to Be Used on My CR-10s Pro 3D Printer, and I've Decided to Remix the Prusa i3 MK3 R3 Hotend Mount Design. Huge Credits Go Out to Prusa for Their Excellent Work! This New Mount is Designed to Utilize Standard Hardware Found in Most Printers, So You Won't Need Any Special Parts to Get Started - Just 3 Square M3 Nuts, 3 Common M3 Nuts, and 4 M3 Screws for the Heatsink Fan. All Overhanging Perforations Have a 0.15mm Sacrificial Layer, Eliminating the Need for Supports. My Goal Was to Maintain Z Height Without Any Loss, So I Mounted the Nozzle Slightly Higher to Compensate for the Extra Length of the Volcano Hotend. I've Just Begun Testing and Am Happy to Report That It Prints Successfully - However, There Are Some Gaps When Mounting the Fan, Which Will Require Tweaking of the Nozzle Duct. Next on My Agenda Is to Work on the Firmware to Accommodate the New Nozzle-ABL Sensor Offset, Nozzle-Build Area Offset, and Max Temp of the Hotend. I'm Currently Building Upon the Tiny Machines Firmware, But I Still Have Some Way to Go Before It's Perfectly Tuned - Not My Strong Suit. Once I've Figured Everything Out, I'll Be Happy to Share the Updated Firmware with You All. For Now, I've Simply Moved the Y Limit Switch to Compensate for the Nozzle Y Offset. Big Thanks Also Go Out to Onebadmarine for Supplying Me with the CR-10s Pro Carriage Bracket - Much Appreciated!
