CR-10S Pro V2 Tool Holders
thingiverse
Hold the less used tools on the right-hand side, mostly under the printer, secured by an M3*4 cap head bolt in place of the front side bolt. The vertical holder accommodates the snips, scraper, tweezers, modeling knife, de-burring tool, and calipers, which friction-fit snugly into a recessed area underneath the printer's edge. No screw is used on the underside to secure these tools. It's essential to note that the under-printer tool holder provides a tight fit for each tool, requiring some effort to insert or remove them. To achieve this, work the tools in and out several times to eliminate any excess material or flashing before pushing them all the way into place. This will facilitate easy removal when needed. The needle is intentionally designed to be quite tight to prevent accidental ejection, which could lead to harm if not addressed promptly. If print accuracy falls short of 100%, it may become necessary to drill out the needle with a 1.5mm drill bit for safe operation. When inserting the Micro SD card reader, start with the cap end first due to its smaller diameter compared to the card end. A minor adjustment was made to the de-burring tool holder to make it slightly looser and sit higher for improved accessibility.
