CR-10S Pro v2 cable chain with 90 degree brackets
thingiverse
I have uploaded a revised version of Thingivese, which should now correctly update previous files due to a bug that has been resolved. My CR-10S Pro v2 is set up on an IKEA Bror workbench trolley and I needed to manage the large ribbon cable. To keep it organized, I used a pre-existing cable chain found here on Thingiverse and designed custom 90-degree brackets to contain the cable within the trolley's perimeter. For a total of 30 chain pieces and two end brackets, I had to source additional hardware. The top bracket is secured using an existing screw on the cable mount, while the bottom bracket requires a M4 screw with a T-nut, which can be found in the CR-10S Pro v2 package. The original cable chain was designed for the CR-10S Pro v1 and needed to be scaled up by 110% to fit my CR-10S Pro v2. Fortunately, my design is already optimized for the CR-10S Pro v2, including pre-scaled chain pieces, so no further adjustments are necessary in your slicer. However, I am unsure if this setup will work with the CR-10S Pro v1. Update: Feedback from users indicates that this solution should also fit the CR-10S Pro v1 without any issues.
