CR-10S Pro Tool Holder
thingiverse
I'm the kind of person that can put something down and manage to lose it within moments. With this in mind, I set out to find a tool holder that would meet the following criteria: - Hold ALL tools included with the printer - Fit within the physical footprint of the printer - doesn't hang off the sides in any way - Be easy to install and remove without additional hardware - Not interfere with other common modifications While I found many tool holders that met some of these criteria, nothing seemed to meet them all, so I decided to quit being lazy and make my own. While designed for a modified CR10S Pro V2, this will fit any printer that uses a 2040 extrusion horizontally, so long as you're either willing to sacrifice about 5 inches of print height (or like me, just take the tools out temporarily when printing taller objects). ToolHolder Mk 1 - Holds the following: - Five Allen keys - One single-ended wrench - One double-ended wrench - One each Phillips and slotted screwdriver - Spatula - Side cutters - USB MicroSD adapter - Feeler gauge - MagiGoo bottle - Standard school glue stick ToolHolder Mk 2 - Holds the following: - Five Allen keys - One single-ended wrench - One double-ended wrench - One each Phillips and slotted screwdriver - Spatula - Side cutters - USB MicroSD adapter - Feeler gauge - Three MicroSD cards - Three MicroSD card adapters The Creality logo was sourced from this excellent STL: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/creality-logo (Creator Kuba104) Inspiration comes from FirstRidge's tool holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3403492). This is a nice little tool holder that fit well and printed fast. However, I wanted something that held more and wasn't confined to the corner of the printer.
