CR-10S PRO Filament holder / Side Spool mount

This is a remix of the side Filament Spool Holder by builditfull, made to work with the Creality CR-10S PRO. It mounts on the side screws, and on the 2020 side-rail. By having the spool on the side, filament guides are not necessary anymore, and the printer can work at higher speeds without creating wobble.
