Hello Everyone, This is an alternative filament cooling fan duct for Creality CR-10S Pro, specifically designed to fit perfectly on the stock carriage of the hot end. It will provide better air distribution around the nozzle, ensuring a smoother printing experience. You can use this fan duct even if you have a BLtouch sensor installed - just keep in mind that I haven't tested it with the stock capacitive proximity sensor. Best print settings: Layer height: 0.2 mm Top Solid Layers: 4 Bottom Solid Layers: 4 Outline/Perimeter Shells: 2 Outline Direction: Inside-Out First Layer Height: 100% First Layer Width: 100% First Layer speed: 45 % Retract distance: 6.5 mm Retract vertical Lift (z hop): 1 mm Retract speed: 140 mm/s Force retraction between layers: OFF (unchecked) Print speed: 50 mm/s Infill: 100% Support: Yes (check the photos for details) Raft: No need To assemble this model, you'll need to rotate it -90 on the Y axis. Additionally, use longer screws to mount this fan duct securely.
