CR-10S Pro / CR-10 Max Hemera adaptor

A simple mounting system for adding an E3D Hemera to either a Creality CR-10S Pro or CR-10 Max. The main printed part simply acts as a washer/spacer for the Hemera, with the aim of max rigidity. It also serves as a template for drilling two holes in the x axis carriage. Note: this has only been tested with a volcano hot end, not a regular V6. The V6 hot end may not be long enough to clear the carriage. 18mm sensor mount is also untested.
