CR-10S Pro Heater Bed Cable Strain Relief. In addition to standard printing, I've conducted rigorous torture tests to verify that it resists layer shift and excessive friction. Fortunately, no issues have arisen. By eliminating the need to drag the cable from its case, overall friction is significantly reduced in my opinion. Two options are available for download: Standard: This version features a thicker wall and increased clearance to accommodate various filament qualities and printer configurations. Optimized: This option boasts thinner walls and tighter tolerances. If you choose to print this optimized design, I recommend printing two links first and testing them for fit and strength before proceeding. To create the strain relief, you will need to print: 1 x Bed clip 15 x Links (or as many as required) 1 x Base When printed in the orientation depicted in my photo, remove any "Elephant's foot" from the inside of the links using sandpaper or a sharp knife. This ensures free movement of the links. I discovered that removing the cable tie on the factory bracket was not necessary to fit my bed clip, and I've made provisions for using a cable tie if needed.
