CR 10S Pro air diversion plate - For ABS Prints
thingiverse
Printing ABS on factory setup was always a recipe for disaster. The hot end fan running continuously guaranteed that the left side of every print would be blasted with cool air, causing ABS prints to either lift right off the bed or suffer from layer separation later on. And it was always the same story - the left side. Frustrated by this persistent problem, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a diversion plate. With this clever solution in place, I've successfully printed over 30 parts in ABS without ever encountering another issue with ABS prints. My printer may not even be enclosed, but thanks to this ingenious fix, I can print with confidence. This handy device fits snugly around the factory ABL sensor and requires just one M3x8 screw for installation. To get started, simply print it out in ABS.
