CR-10s MKS Gen 1.4 adapter

I wanted to upgrade my CR-10s4 and chose the MKS Gen 1.4 board. I discovered that the screw patterns are different from the original CR-10s board, so I created a bolt-in adapter to try out the new board without making too many modifications and leaving room for the original fan mount. It comes with: - Main adapter frame - Four 6mm standoffs - A template for marking the new USB hole for the MKS Gen 1.4 board Print the adapter upside down (flat part on the bed), the standoffs, and the USB hole template print the right way up. Ideally, this would be printed in fire-resistant ABS, although I did it in plain PLA. Rough instructions: - Remove the old board and various components from the case - Use the template to mark a hole for the USB Type B socket - Cut a hole for the USB Type B plug [1] - Clean out any metal shavings from the case - Tap three of the holes for the MKS 1.4 board (I used an M3 0.5-pitch tap) [2] - Install the adapter - Screw in three of the original main board screws to hold the adapter to the case - Wire up the MKS 1.4 board (easier to do before fully installing it) - Use four M3 12mm screws to install the MKS 1.4 board to the adapter - Note: The six-millimeter standoffs need to be used; they will also help capture the three-millimeter screws on the MKS 1.4 board, making installation easier.
