CR-10s leveling wheel for 17.75mm thumb screws

thingiverse

This wheel glides over the thumb screws on my CR-10s. I purchased my CR-10s on November 28, 2017. The thumb screws on my machine measure 17.65-17.80mm in diameter, including the small notches that are present (see image). If you have a thumb screw of this size, you should be able to try this out. I've included both an "inward" and "outward" version (see image). Use either one you prefer, mix and match, or get creative with it. To determine which version fits your thumb screw best, use the test piece. The test piece will print in 10 minutes. This wheel is designed to be a press-fit and fits snugly, but you may need to lightly sand the center hole where the thumbscrew passes through (see image for reference). For optimal results, I recommend using an infill of 8%, with three layers of perimeter, bottom, and top. However, if you're feeling adventurous, you can try using 0% infill or even 15% infill for a better-looking wheel. Don't forget to save your gcode file without a filename that starts with a period. Enjoy! ---EDIT--- Please note the following correction: when saving your gcode file, make sure to change the filename so it doesn't start with a period.
