A precise leveling wheel for the Creality CR-10s printer that allows for fine adjustments to bed height. Thanks go to Oggie for providing the original concept and Fusion 360 file, which greatly assisted in this process. When printing Oggie's design, it became apparent that the spline diameter was too small to match my printer, so I took his Fusion 360 file and modified the spline accordingly. Taking it a step further, I came up with a new spoke design - a good opportunity to explore Fusion 360 since I typically use CATIA at work and wanted to try something different. The inspiration for the spoke design stemmed from researching automotive alloy wheel designs; one of the first images that popped up was of an orange Bugatti Veyron wheel, which sealed the deal! Please note: Posts on Facebook suggest some users experience issues with fitting while others do not. This makes sense, as it's why I initially reworked Oggie's design. It appears there is some variance in size, likely due to different suppliers or a second mold tool made to increase production that isn't quite the same. To address this, I've included my Fusion 360 file for anyone who wants to adjust the spline diameter to suit their machine's adjuster. Printing the middle part first (using Fusion or a mesh manipulator of choice to split it off) will allow for a test fitting. If someone would like to provide a measurement of the outer diameter (over spline and between spline), I'll make additional sizes available, enabling users to measure theirs and refer to a table to determine which one to print.
