Who needs a single piece direct drive extruder relocation bracket? I took Porsche911's bracket and customized it to my liking by scabbing an extruder body on top of it. Then I added my filament sensor box directly above the extruder, throwing in some extra material for added support. To complete the design, I replaced the standard hole where a push lok would normally screw in with a 4.1mm hole that accepts the end of a short piece of Bowden tube perfectly. That's why you can see Wayneuk's Micro Swiss Fang Cooler visible in the picture - it helped me check clearances before finishing the design. You can find this custom relocation bracket on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2649599. I won't be able to print this out for a few days, as I have 12-hour shifts at work coming up. Be aware that things may not line up exactly right, but I got it as close as my eyes could see.
