This is technically a remix, but the original parts are not hosted on Thingiverse. I discovered an excellent combined filament sensor and extruder cover for my CR-10S titled "CR-10 Bowden with Sensor Box,Cover and Spring Arm" by Bruce Falkenstein85 on Tinkercad at [https://www.tinkercad.com/things/42gI8bRGpPh-cr-10-bowden-with-sensor-boxcover-and-spring-arm](https://www.tinkercad.com/things/42gI8bRGpPh-cr-10-bowden-with-sensor-boxcover-and-spring-arm). What I like about his design is that it fits the CR-10S' stock filament sensor switch perfectly and his filament guide holes are lined up so well that it doesn't require any fishing when loading filament. I used everything except Mr. Falkenstein's extended tension arm as the CR-10S's stock arm seemed a little stronger with its embedded nut but I really liked the cable clip at the end of his extended arm as my hot end umbilical seems to always want to lie right over the extruder. I designed this little cable clip cover that piggybacks on top of Mr. Falkenstein's filament sensor cover. I originally modified the STL incorporating my clip directly onto his cover, but it was difficult to get a nice print using supports on such a small piece so I just modeled a separate piece piggybacked on top. I had to use M3x8mm screws for the slightly increased thickness. Also, if you use this, do not overtighten the screws as they don't fit very tightly to begin with and can strip the plastic easily. They don't require much torque anyway since they're just holding the cover on.
