CR-10S extruder relocation plate and filament sensor housing

I moved the extruder stepper 50mm to the right and 5mm back to shift the incoming filament away from the Z-spindle and make space for a properly mounted filament sensor housing. The housing is specifically designed for the stock filament sensor that comes with the CR-10S. EDIT: I added a cable guide to the brace plate since my new aluminum extruder no longer has one. Also, I found putting on the nuts was quite frustrating, so I added press fit seats for those nuts. Some additional hardware will be needed: M3x6 (5 times) to attach the relocation brace to the plate, M3x10 (2 times) for the housing lid, and M3x13 (4 times) plus 4 M3 nuts and 4 M3 washers (optional) for everything at the original stepper location.
