CR-10S Extruder Cover and Stock Filament Sensor with cleaner 90 and 45 angle

I modified the design of the 45 to include a sponge cleaning station up front, which features a snap-on cover manufactured at 90 degrees. On the box for the sponge, I designed my own support structures that are depicted in the drawing and can be easily snapped off after printing, eliminating the need for additional supports altogether.
