Weight 55-60g. Turn the motor mount 90 degrees for cooling pad space not interfered by frame rails. Adding cooling fins (experimental). Enhance body strength for wheel linkage structure. Modify spacing error between Titan outlet and inlet on heatsink. Chamfer down left corner of main fixing mount for fan rack mount settle. It's a version 2 mount for E3D V6 Volcano Titan Direct Drive Extruder, right sided, designed to replace original X axis aluminum mount. This design only works with E3D Titian right extrude setup. You may need to complete the set with another left side fan rack design from my library or modify one of these existing designs: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/cr-10s-left-side-fan-rack or https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2794948 Two included files are Mount Base (Ddirect_v2.STL) and Fixing Cup (DCup_v2.STL). Better use PLA-Glass Fibre, PLA-Carbon, ABS, or other high strength/high temperature durable performance filaments. Recommended settings: Print Speed: 50mm/s Infill: must be 100% Material Flow: 101-105% for 0.4-0.6 nozzle. Check <> and <> for better flattening. Note: You'll need to cut a short piece of PTFE tube for connecting E3D-Titan mount and the top of heatsink, this distance is helpful for retraction.
