UPDATE: 05/09/2016 - A redesigned nozzle tip now features a larger size and a thoughtful angle to expertly manage snags against printing objects. Additionally, the mounting screw hole has been carefully positioned 0.2mm to the right for a better fit. Furthermore, the nozzle has been updated with a downward angle that directs airflow onto the printed object rather than the hot-end nozzle. Several CR-10S parts cooling fans have shown impressive designs but unfortunately, some struggle to withstand minor snags on printing parts and require extremely small mounts (for the fan) that are prone to breaking. A brilliant solution would be to eliminate the bolt-in part and create a shroud that securely holds the fan in place by itself. That's exactly what this design accomplishes! The stock CR-10S parts cooling fan effortlessly slips into position with no need for bolting or screwing. Simply ensure that you insert it on the right side, and you'll be good to go. This shroud has been lengthened on one side to accommodate wires passing along the side between the shroud and the fan. A single mounting screw is all that's needed (as seen in the photos), allowing for fine adjustments near the nozzle. The shroud fits perfectly against the heavy-duty CR-10S/E3D-V6 mount, courtesy of Graham - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2471011. If you've tried several CR-10S part cooling fan shrouds without success like many others, give this one a shot!
