CR-10S - Bondtech - Mosquito - Direct drive mount

This is an upgrade for the CR-10S PRO 3D Printer, designed to Mount a Bondtech BMG and a Slice Engineering Mosquito Hotend in a direct drive setup.\r\n\r\nThis is a remix of the work done by Marteinn Sigurðsson at Thingiverse - he has an excellent YouTube channel that I highly recommend checking out! https://youtu.be/4P0DP0k8bCI\r\n\r\nSince I'm using the DD kit sold by Bondtech, there are no adapters needed. However, this does mean the fan duct arrangement is close to the hotend - unfortunately, it can't be mounted 'fan front' with the kit - but it's working fine for me printed in Polycarbonate.\r\n\r\nIf you're unsure about your print settings, this project might not be for you!\r\n\r\nI also swapped out the original extruder stepper for a pancake stepper on the BMG. This results in a few grams less weight on the carriage and significantly less overall with the new stepper.\r\n\r\nLet me stress again that if you print this in material with low glass temperature (PLA, etc.) - you'll end up with a huge mess.\r\n\r\ndefine X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 40 // X offset: left + right [of the nozzle]\r\ndefine Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 0 // Y offset: front + behind [the nozzle]\r\ndefine Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 0 // Z offset: below + above [the nozzle]\r\ndefine MIN_PROBE_EDGE 20\r\n\r\nI'm taking full advantage of the pro carriage, so the original mounts for the hot end are used to support the new carriage - allowing me to make the plastic pretty thin. You'll want to adjust the infill accordingly (I used 40%).\r\n\r\nV2 almost resolves the tolerances but still requires a little manual finishing. I promise v3 will not need it!
