CR-10S 4&5 / Ender Blower (by Luckyman) with accessories

I'm a huge fan of this blower design, and it came with some awesome accessories that made it even better: the cable manager by Rosch8 and my ABL sensor mounts, which I designed myself. That's why I decided to bundle them all together so they could be printed at once with ease. What's more, I modified the cable manager and blower so they can now be securely screwed onto the top of the blower instead of glued on. Plus, it uses the standard blower fan, which is a big plus since it works perfectly well and has no issues with bridging up to 100mm.
