CR-100 Spool Holder - Offset Narrow Diameter

We encounter issues when trying to use filament with a narrow diameter reel center, such as Flashforge filament, on the Creality CR-100. The OEM supplied spool spindle diameter provided by Creality is too large for these types of filaments. A big thank you goes out to AntarcticPilot for creating the narrow diameter spool spindle for the Creality CR-100, allowing us to use filament reels like Flashforge. I used this design for a while with Flashforge filament and found that the reel was rubbing against the extruder. We need to move the reel a little bit. Credit also goes out to RichardJean for creating an offset spool holder for the Creality CR-100, but it was designed with larger diameter reels in mind. This remix uses the spindle from AntarcticPilot combined with the outside thread component and the offset bracket from RichardJean.
