CR-10 Z axis stepper & damper clamp with alignment
thingiverse
The original idea came from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2317482, but I revamped it to make room for a damper using the stepper motor. This redesign allows you to fit a Nema 17 with a height of 42 without a damper or a height of 34 or less with one installed. To accommodate the double Z-axis, simply mirror the design in your slicer software. I've included three options: one with air vents and two without, plus an option for cutting out the Z-frame. Currently, I'm using a manually assembled prototype since I'm too busy to reprint it and don't have access to cheap filament.
