CR-10 X-Axis Realigned Tensioner

A Customized Tensioner Design. I've adapted donnyb99's ingenious tensioner design to suit my needs. Some users pointed out that the pulley alignment can cause belt misalignment and rubbing against the v-slot aluminum extrusion, which is why I made some adjustments to rectify this issue. To assemble this custom design, you'll need an M5x25 hex head bolt and a matching nut for the puller, as well as an M4x25 socket cap bolt and its corresponding nut for mounting the pulley in the puller. Initially, I used a nylon lock nut on the M5 bolt but later encountered an issue where tightening or loosening the nut applied excessive torque to the bolt head, ultimately stripping the nut trap in the puller part. It's unclear whether standard nuts would mitigate this problem. I successfully installed this custom tensioner without disconnecting the belt from the carriage, which required removing the belt from the stepper gear. Once the tensioner is in place, you can roll the belt over the stepper gear by essentially putting a chain on your bicycle sprocket. To apply tension, simply turn the knob (as shown in the image).
