CR-10 X-Axis Belt Tensioner for larger bearings
thingiverse
This is a remix/remake of donnyb99's belt tensioner, my CR-10 had larger ID bearings so I made my own. I had to remake most parts except for the knob. On the puller, I added a raised lip for the inner race of the bearings to ride on, allowing for smoother operation. Update: 3/3/2018 - Added a revised bracket and puller for shorter belts. Update: 3/4/2018 - Revised print orientation of the bracket for shorter belts. Use the knob from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2562946 or https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2233139 Required Hardware: M5x30mm bolt and M5 nut (I used a locknut) are required to go through the bearings/sleeve, and M5x25 hex bolt and M5 nut are required for the puller and knob
