CR-10 X-axis Arducam mount
thingiverse
I designed this mount because I wanted my Arducam, connected to my Octoprint server, to stay at the same Z height as the nozzle while printing. The CS lens on the Arducam has to be removed to fit it into the camera front piece; then reattach the lens (it's one screw on the lens body). This mount is not designed for the Standard Raspi cam or Raspi cam v2! It's made to fit this: https://www.amazon.com/Arducam-Camera-Raspberry-Interchangeable-LS-2717CS/dp/B012ETE75I/ref=sr_1_8?keywords=arducam&qid=1579388072&sr=8-8 (same sensor as a Raspi cam v1, but with a larger board and a CS lens mounted) Parts I would recommend having on hand include: A 1m or 2m camera cable: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WF91QML/ref=sspa_dk_detail_5?psc=1&pd_rd_i=B07WF91QML&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEzTDJUU09LTEU0SFJIJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMzYwOTMwMUlCSkdOMU5CNDRWVSZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwOTQ2ODk1MlpKR1hKQlkyUVRXJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfZGV0YWlsJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ== An assortment of M2, M3, and M5 screws and bolts (On my print, I used 4 M2x8mm bolts for the camera case, 4 M3x16mm to mount the X-axis on top of the existing X-axis plate that holds the X-axis endstop, and 6 M5x12mm bolts and nuts. Your count may vary depending on your configuration.) What to print: Choose the X-axis mount that suits your needs best (I recommend v3 for extra height to fight sagging, V2 for Hotends requiring more space at the end stop, and v1 for a compact design). As many "arms" as you like to achieve your desired camera position (for me, 280mm and 130mm were plenty, but your mileage may vary). One tilt bracket One bracket One camera front piece One camera back piece As many clips as you find necessary (they just hold the camera cable against the arms and larger X-axis mounts) Parts should go together like this: X-Axis mount > Arm > Arm > Tilt piece > bracket > Back Cover > Front Cover If you decide to use the tilt piece in another spot, you may have to modify the arm or mount to fit it.
