Hello there, I'm excited to share my cr-10 feet designs with you! They're specifically designed to reduce vibrations and noise. **Instructions and Information:** I've uploaded three different designs that should work seamlessly with a 40mm aluminum profile. Each design is tailored to meet specific needs: * Small: Height = 34.5mm - Ideal for eliminating vibrations in one direction (X or Y) * Medium: Height = 59mm - Designed to eliminate vibrations in two directions (X and Y) * Large: Height = 202mm - Similar to the medium design, but with an added feature of raising the printer by 202mm Please note that the height mentioned is the printer's rise after the part is applied. I want to emphasize that you should use these feet with caution and at your own risk. To get the best results, please print these parts with 0% infill and 2-3 mm walls. However, be aware that sometimes this part may fail due to the absence of infill. In such cases, you can ignore the top cover on the small part only, but ensure not to add more than 1mm of top and bottom thickness. If you're willing to use infill, please limit it to 10% or less. I didn't use a TPU base in my design, but it will help reduce both noise and vibrations if used. Consider using 25% infill and 2 mm walls for the best results. These feet are designed specifically for use on carpets. If you're not willing to place them on carpets or similar surfaces, consider using the TPU base. To get optimal results, please print four of these mods and place one on each corner of your printer. The part simply stays under the aluminum profile; no sniping or additional attachment is required. If you prefer to stick it to the printer, use 2-part epoxy for a secure bond.
