CR-10 Vibration Dampers (requires flexible material)
thingiverse
After printing and using 3Dworkshop's vibration dampers for a while, I discovered that the PLA I used was so stiff it hardly made any difference. Therefore, I decided to design my own vibration damper designed to be printed in flexible PLA. I have included two versions with varying thickness levels (to provide different degrees of stiffness and damping depending on how flexible your PLA is). The one depicted in the pictures was the 1.1mm version, which was printed using Hobby King's flexible PLA (which remains relatively stiff compared to materials like Ninjaflex). Other flexible materials such as TPU may also work well, although I have not yet had a chance to try them.
