After carefully disassembling the hot end, I stumbled upon an unusual modification implemented by Creality. Preferring the reliability of a full metal hot end, I decided to convert it.\r\n\r\nWith approximately 61mm of Capricorn tube, this upgrade is remarkably straightforward!\r\n\r\nI printed with Nylon, concerned about potential long-term heat issues, so I considered grinding down the aluminum part that was screwed into the original head. For now, I'm focusing on getting this setup running.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, I utilized TM3D source and integrated a BL-Touch according to the instructions provided by 3d-printing-canada on GitHub at https://github.com/3d-printing-canada/CR10V2-BLtouch-Installation.
