CR-10 V3 CR Touch Spacer

On my CR-10 V3, if I used the CR Touch as-is it would cause my nozzle to crash into the print-bed. This spacer adds 4mm headroom between the probe and nozzle. Works with the stock screws that come with the CR Touch. I printed with 50% infill, however, because this print is so small higher infills won't have much affect on the print-time. I used PLA+ because that's what I had, but regular PLA is probably fine.
