Creality3D CR-10V3 Printer Spool Fix! This is for the CR-10 Version 3 Printer that has a direct drive "Titan" extruder. The original filament angle that comes off the spool into the runout sensor has failed several prints for me so I figured on designing this. It sits on top but moves everything center and turns the spool in a way that feeds and rolls easier. I added a loading system too; due to the fact the printer is pretty tall when its on a table. The right leg swivels to the side to release the spool, and the left leg then swings forward to load/unload a spool. I printed out version .01 and had issues when the spool was full lining up the keeper. I have redesigned for strength and added more support on the keeper side. This is Version 1.1! Other updates include less support material needed, shorter required bolts, No glue joint and fixed my typos. Hardware: 4x M4x16MM (socket cap bolts) 4x M4 tee nuts for extrusions *3x 5/16x1" inch bolts (or if metric M8x25mm bolts) *1x 5/16x1.25" inch bolt (or if metric M8x32mm bolt) 4x 5/16 Nylock nuts (or if metric M8 Nylock nuts) *The one longer bolt is for the spool holder side, you could just use all 1.25" bolts if you chose or the next longer size. The only reason I am using these is that I have a lot of 5/16" laying around. feel free to remix it for smaller hardware Snug the swivel arms enough to give slight resistance with a spool loaded, and the spool bolts you can tension to prefered dispense rate. The shorter "wheel" is the "keeper" (right arm as you look at your machine).
