I liked this mount for my stock extruder as it was really solid so made one for the titan, so its now mirrored to have the Titan on the left and the stepper on the right and holes adjusted. I run this with a Hero Me setup but my mod of the Gantry adapter that put the hot end at the same distance as stock rather than -3mm of the Hero Me, my adapter also has extra air flow routes as I found the cooling was not great before. Printed stepper motor plate flat to the bed with tree supports in Cura.
