CR-10 v2 or v3 Ender 3 Board Adapter

Adapter to install an Ender 3 board in a CR-10 v3 (or V2). It's very easy to find a 32-bit drop-in upgrade for an Ender 3, but it's not so simple to find one for a CR-10 v3. I ended up buying an MKS Robin E3D board and the mini USB fits where the micro USB hole is, and the micro SD works as well (though there's a large gap). For the case fans, I ended up connecting them both in a ferrule that used the screw terminals the Ender fan apparently uses, and I had to cut off the hot end heater connector and crimp ferrules on them to adapt to the Ender 3 board. Overall, much simpler than designing a new control box. Unless you're a firmware engineer, I would suggest a board with more storage though... to get the 256k ROM to work, I had to hack Marlin a bit.. see [my feature request](https://github.com/MarlinFirmware/Marlin/issues/19838) for details. Note that you may need to flip it over to print... the supports have a 0.5mm gap on one side to align the USB port.
