CR-10 V2 Bondtech/E3D V6 Direct Mount

Working version of a direct-drive BMG Extruder/E3D V6 hotend mount. Wanted to get away from typical boxy look, but its still a work in progress. Mainly wanted to have direct drive and to use as little material as possible but still stiff enough. Went with Proto-Pasta's HTPLA Carbon Fiber filament for my working copy. Features two cooling ducts for part cooling, and uses fans from original Creality CR-10 V2 print-head assembly and the hotend cooling fan included with an e3D V6 hotend. Duct for part cooling runs through part, and should direct mount to the stock CR-10 V2 carrier plate. DESIGNED FOR USE WITH HEAT-INSERT NUTS to mount part-cooling fan (one), BL Touch (2), and the mount to the original CR-10 V2 carrier (3). Inserting the heated-nut for the fan mount is a little tricky due to the heat wanting to warp the minimum material design.
