CR-10 Tool and SD Card Holder Combo

This combo holder is designed for an external SD card reader, all the wrenches that come with the CR-10, and a holder for the scraper, pliers, and nozzle cleaner. A version with a slot in the top for a small post it note for leveling has also been added. It holds all of the tools that come with the machine except for the scraper which I don't find works very well. I've used this model scraper for years and love it so it's what its designed for. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:34481. For the nozzle cleaner, a small piece of foam from what it shipped with is shoved in the hole to hold it.
