After printing this x-Axis Tensioner https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2417659, you will have noticed that the belt now scratches on the left side of the x-axis-profile and makes annoying sounds. To put an end to that, I made a little improvement. The best way to print it is to lay it on its side with support from the printing table. If you do that, the layers will be in the same direction as the belt's movement. You can easily slide it into the profile or make some M5 metric threads and tighten it with a screw to reduce vibrations and possible sounds. Update: v3 Now comes with a bearing, perfectly suited for MF 105 (5*10*4) with flange plus matching endstop holder.
