I loved RandyatGretchen's design but experienced a lot of lateral movement so I added an additional leg for stability. It works on my CR-10 S5s so I assume it should work for any CR-10 or printer that uses 2020 rails I made (3) different heights 177mm / 158mm / 140mm Happy 3D printing!
