CR-10 Smart Spacer holder

<p><em>UPDATE</em></p> <p>Added a version with 6 holes and a handle for moving the bed. Putting the spacers around the edges is easy once the frst six screws are in.</p> <p>If you take the heated bed off the CR-10 Smart it's a real pain to put back on as there are 16 holes with plastic spacers under each one and it's almost impossible to stand them all up on the y-axis frame and put the bed on top without knocking some of them over. The four in the middle are the worst.</p> <p>These four files should help - fix one of them to the y-axis frame with the holes lined up with the holes in the frame.
