CR-10 Smart Pro - headless front panel
prusaprinters

Hi, so this is my custom-designed front panel for the CR10 Smart and Smart PRO, I've designed it to give the front end a nicer look in my opinion, and to get rid of the now useless display as my printer runs Klipper and so is headless being completely controlled by the Pi Zero 2w inside.

As to not lose tool tray functionality I have designed my own which utilizes the original magnet which should be press-fit in the back and be glued in, (I will use hot glue as a semi-permanent solution.

If you need an alternate file format leave a comment and I'll see if I can get it in that.

General instructions -

Printed in Esun PLA+

Best to slice the panel parts with about 10 - 15% infill, I used Cubic.

The tool tray front panel will need supports on its mating studs so that they do not droop and press-fit nicely into the vented front panel.

The tray can be printed with about 10 to 5% infill but be careful with the handle as it will need infill. make sure to use supports on the handle as it overhangs big time.
